BHARP County Resources Portal

BHARP (Behavioral Health Alliance of Rural Pennsylvania) is a nonprofit organization that coordinates and manages behavioral health and substance use services across 24 rural Pennsylvania counties to improve access, quality, and recovery-focused care. We redesigned and rebuilt the BHARP website to better serve county partners by improving navigation, clarifying service information, and creating a more accessible, centralized resource for behavioral health and substance use coordination across rural Pennsylvania.
